Elie Hirschfeld, President and CEO of Hirschfeld Properties since 1997, has dedicated his professional life to real estate development planning and implementation. He joined Hirschfeld Properties in 1976, and he is the guiding force behind all aspects of real estate development including project analysis, marketing & negotiation, and architectural & construction management.

Some of his renowned projects include the Grand Sutton, the Hotel Pennsylvania, the Crowne Plaza Hotel, and Park Avenue Court. He has forged partnerships with firms such as the Zeckendorf Organization, the Donald Trump Organization, The Silverstein Organization, Empire Realty Group, Belz Enterprises of Memphis and the shopping mall development group, The Mel Simon Organization.

In addition to real estate development, Mr. Hirschfeld is an avid art collector, theatrical producer, and philanthropist. He is also an active athlete, and he’s participated in many triathlons, marathons and Iron Mans.

Hirschfeld’s Commitment to Theater

Mr. Hirschfeld is a Tony Award voting member of the Broadway League, and he has produced and co-produced many Broadway shows, including but not limited to: the David Mamet play, Oleanna, The Fantasticks, Flashdance, Equus and Passing Strange. In fact, Hirschfeld received a Tony Award nomination for Best Musical for Passing Strange in 2009.

The Elie Hirschfeld Foundation supports many organizations, with a philanthropical focus on education, athletics, Jewish causes, and the arts. Mr. Hirschfeld is a proud and esteemed alumnus of Brown University alum; Brown University announced in May of 2016 that it would name a building after Mr. Hirschfeld.

For over four decades, Mr. Hirschfeld has developed renowned office buildings, hotels, multi-family residential buildings, parking facilities, and retail projects.  The value of his projects cumulatively value several billion dollars.

Currently, Mr. Hirschfeld is working on the creation of the world’s largest digital parking infrastructure, Park.com, which will disrupt the $100 billion global parking market. The mission of Park.com is to provide a one-stop, seamless experience for consumers and providers by unifying data and technologies across the entire parking ecosystem globally.
